How and when you get paid

We use Stripe to make payouts directly to your bank account so you will require a Stripe account that we can help you setup (Stripe account holders can use their existing account).

The payout speed is the time taken for a payment to become available for payout to your bank account. The payout speed for Stripe accounts in Australia is 2 business days.

The default payout schedule is set to daily although you are able to change this via Stripe to weekly or monthly if you wish. We recommend a weekly payout schedule to allow your account to accrue sufficient funds in the event of cancelled events, refunds, or other fees that may result in a negative balance.

Please note that as per Stripe’s requirements, the first payout will typically take 7 days to reach your bank account after the first successful payment is made by a member (the first payout can take up to 14 days).
