Subscriptions (premium package users only)

Subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis until cancelled by the member. You can choose whether a subscription gives members unlimited access to one or more of the following:

• live streams
• in-person events
• on-demand video library

Multi packs (credits)

Multi packs are a single payment made up front for a number of credits. A credit gives access to either one live stream, in-person event, or on-demand video as determined by you. You can choose:

• for what services credits can be used (see 'How multi packs (credits) work' for details).
• how many credits are in a pack
• price of the pack
• number of days until credits expire

One-time offers

When creating a package, you may wish to mark it as a one-time offer. One-time offers are often used to provide new users with a promotional price to attract them to sign up. Once a member has purchased a package that is a one-time offer, that package will no longer be made available to them again after the first purchase. Please note that subscriptions marked as a one-time offer will continue at the introductory price until cancelled by the member.
