How multi packs (credits) work
All instructors can create multi packs (credits) to offer their members. A credit gives access to either one live stream, in-person event, or on-demand video as determined by you when creating the multi pack. You can choose how many credits are in a pack, the price, for what services they can be used, and the number of days until the credits expire.
Active credits display members in the top right corner of your custom pages when they are signed in.
Advanced use case
You also have the option to create different types of credits to use with different types of events or videos. For example, you may offer a live stream for beginners and another live stream for advanced users. You can create credits for the advanced stream at a different price to those for the beginner stream and when you schedule in the live stream, you just select whether it is for beginners or advanced users. If a member purchases credits for the beginner streams, they wonβt be able to use them on the advanced streams (and vice versa).
Example: You offer a live stream for beginners and another live stream for advanced users and wish to create credits for the advanced stream at a different price to those for the beginner stream:
- When creating a new multi pack, in the 'Use' section you can create a new type of credit called 'Beginner' and set your price.
- You can then create a separate multi pack with a new type of credit called 'Advanced' and set the different price.
- When you create a livestream, in the pricing section you can choose to assign the 'Beginner' or 'Advanced' type of credit.
- If a member purchases credits for the 'Beginner' live streams, they can use them on those livestreams where you set the type of credit to 'Beginner'.
- If a member purchases credits for the 'Beginner' live streams, they will not be able to use the 'Beginner' credits on 'Advanced' livestreams.
