Event pricing options

There are a number of pricing options for an event:

Direct purchase

When you set a price for an event, members can directly purchase the event using a credit card. When hosting a live stream using Amodo’s live stream player, a minimum price applies.

Credits (multi packs)

If you offer multi packs for sale, members can purchase a multi pack and then use a valid credit to book an event instead of paying with a card (learn more about 'How multi packs work').

Subscriber access

If you offer subscriptions for sale (premium package users only), a live stream subscription gives members the option to book any live stream without further charge as part of their subscription. Similarly, an in-person subscription gives members the option to book any in-person event without further charge as part of their subscription.

Subscribers only

If you offer subscriptions for sale (premium package users only), you can set events to be available to subscribers only in the 'Pricing' section when creating an event. Those who are not subscribed will not be able to book these events.

Pay in-person

When hosting an event in-person, you can set a price for the event but choose to collect payments from attendees in person (instead of through the platform). Members can still book the event through the platform but payment collection, cancellations, and refunds are all handled by you.

Free events

You are also able to create free live streams (hosted on external streaming services) and in-person events. A minimum price is required for on-demand videos and for live streams hosted using Amodo’s live stream player.
