Video status

On the videos page in your instructor portal, your videos will each have a status assigned to them:

• Incomplete: the video is either still uploading or there was an issue during upload. If you edit the video from the menu, you are able to change the video file and try again.
• Processing: the video has uploaded and is currently processing. It will be active and available to your audience shortly.
• Active: videos that are currently listed in your video library.
• Suspended: videos that have been suspended by admin.
• Removed by instructor: videos that you have made removed from sale and are no longer active in your video library. Those who have already purchased the video or have it actively rented will still have access to the video. You can change these videos back to active by selecting "Make available for sale" from the menu on the tile.
