Adding a thumbnail to your video

When you upload a video, a frame from your video is automatically selected and used as the thumbnail on tiles. If you wish to add your own thumbnail, you can toggle this on and upload your own image in the 'Thumbnail image' section when uploading a new video.

We recommend a JPG or PNG file that is the same resolution as your video in a 16:9 ratio (generally 1280×720 pixels or 1920×1080 pixels). Images outside of this ratio may be cropped.

We recommend using Canva as a free and easy to use tool for creating images that can be used for your events and videos.
