Payment issues: multi packs (credits)

Where a member is having an issue using a credit:

Step1: Ensure that there are active credits currently available in the top right corner of the screen:

Step 2: Check that the correct credit category is being used (live stream / in-person event / on-demand video)

Step 3: Check that the tags on the multi pack are the same as the tags on the event or video
