Attendee: Cancelling an event
When a member cancels a booking, any refund they receive will depend on your cancellation policy. If you choose not to apply a cancellation policy, the member will receive a full refund of the price they paid. If you do apply a cancellation policy, you can choose the window where your cancellation policy applies and how much of the price will be charged. Amodo fees will be refunded to you however Stripe fees are unable to be refunded and will be incurred by you.
It is your cancellation policy at the time the member cancels their booking that is applied. Your cancellation policy is always available to members for review.
