Issuing a refund

Where a member used their card or a pre-purchased credit to book a stream / event, you can issue a refund after the stream / event has finished.

To do so, in the instructor portal go to ‘Schedule’ > ’History’, find the relevant stream / event, click on the dots in the top right corner to view participants, and click 'Refund'.

You are unable to issue a refund where:

  1. a refund has already been issued
  2. the member cancelled their booking
  3. the member booked using a subscription
  4. the event was booked more than 180 days ago
  5. You have insufficient funds in your Stripe account

When you issue a member with a refund after an event is complete, all fees are incurred by you as Stripe and/or Amodo fees are unable to be refunded.

Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to reach your customer.

Refunds for packages or on-demand videos are not currently provided.
