How members cancel their subscription
Members can manage and cancel a subscription at any time from the packages page on your custom page and directly from the Amodo portal.
Once cancelled, a member will have access to that subscription until the end of the billing cycle (refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription).
If a member cancels a subscription when they have booked events that start after the end of the subscription cycle, those bookings made using the subscription will automatically be cancelled.
