Updating your subscription

The details of all subscription packages and your current subscription can be found in my account > my subscription. From this page, you can upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time and change the card used for your subscription.

When you upgrade a subscription, the upgrade is effective immediately. When you cancel a subscription, we are unable to offer partial refunds for any remaining time however you can enjoy the benefits of your subscription until the end of the period.

If you take a free trial of a paid subscription package, you may be asked to enter payment details. Please note that we do not charge your payment method until the following billing cycle and you are able to cancel at any time prior without charge.
